Lindsey Habrial, sister of Baird Cove resident Marissa Goettling, is supporting her family's efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Marissa and her husband, Bob Goettling, own Village Farms, which has become a gathering point for residents in need of food, water, and internet access during the crisis. While Marissa and Bob focus on helping the community, Lindsey is managing and raising donations for food distribution and aid. A few amazing family members from Bob's family in NC are helping with supply runs as needed.  A new donation manager to be appointed once stability is restored.
